Accessibility

We want as many guests as possible to enjoy the park.

• Step-free route from car park to most of the central plaza
• Accessible toilets at Guest Services, Playland and the lake
• Pioneer Railway and Enchanted Carousel have wheelchair spaces
• A small number of ride access passes are issued at Guest Services — please bring evidence of need
• Quiet hour: 10:00–11:00 on term-time Wednesdays with reduced soundtrack levels
• Assistance dogs are welcome

If you need a specific ride evacuated, speak to the attendant before boarding. We will be honest if a ride cannot be ridden safely from a wheelchair.
