Ticket terms

These terms apply when you buy tickets for Riverside Adventure Park on this website. You are buying from the business named at the end of this page.

Your ticket
A ticket for a set date is valid on that date only. A ticket without a date can be used on any day we are open within the dates shown when you bought it. Each ticket has its own code: keep your confirmation email and show the code or QR at the entrance.

Prices
Prices shown are the total you pay.

Cancelling
Tickets for a set date are for a leisure activity on that date, so the 14-day cancellation period for buying online does not apply to them. You can cancel a ticket without a date within 14 days of buying it for a full refund, as long as it has not been used. To cancel, use the Contact page.

If we close or cannot provide your visit
If we close the park on the day of your visit, or cannot provide the visit you booked, we will offer you a full refund or a new date.

On the day
Rides, shows and opening hours can change, and we show closures on this website when we can. Height, age and safety rules apply to some rides and areas, and staff can refuse access to keep people safe. We can refuse entry if a ticket has been copied, resold or misused.
