Most days we open at 10:00. Sunday is our planned closed day, except during school holidays. Always check opening hours before you travel.

Yes. Each ride page lists a minimum height. Thunder Run is 1.20 m and Sky Drop is 1.30 m. Measuring posts are at the entrance to every ride.

Yes. Picnic lawns sit beside the lake and behind Castle Playland. Disposable BBQs are not allowed. There are also two cafés and a fish-and-chip hut.

Assistance dogs are welcome everywhere. Pet dogs may join you on the Pioneer Railway rear coach and on the picnic lawns, but not in indoor rides or Playland.

If the park closes for weather after you have entered, guest services can offer a return ticket. Online ticket refunds are handled by the park team from the operator console.
